Entry and Release Forms

We realise there is quite a bit of detail in the Entry Form and in the Release Form but don't panic! We don't want to confuse or scare you with the details and we have tried to make each of these documents as clear and easy to understand as possible.

As a Film Producer you need to be aware of intellectual property laws (for example, those relating to copyright) which:

• protect the rights of certain people who have contributed to
  your Film; and
  
• prevent you from merely copying other people's works in
  your Film;
• to make sure that your Film does not infringe the rights of others
